Getting Started

Connect your Facebook or Instagram accounts under Settings → Accounts. You'll need a Facebook Page or an Instagram Business account linked to a Facebook Page. [Help with linking accounts]

Composing a Post

Select one or more accounts at the top, write your post, and add images or video. Use the emoji picker, hashtag sets, and saved posts from the Asset Library to speed things up.

The preview updates in real time so you can see how your post will look before it goes out.

Scheduling

Pick a date and time then hit Schedule Post. Toggle Post Now to publish immediately.

Bubo checks for scheduled posts every 5 minutes and posts them automatically.

Posts Panel & Calendar

Click Posts ↗ to open the posts panel. The calendar tab shows all your posts by day — click any day to see what's scheduled. Use the Scheduled and Posted tabs for list views.

If a post shows ERROR, tap the badge to see what happened. Most errors are harmless — check your page to confirm the post went through.

Media Library

Open the Asset Library panel to browse your uploaded media. Filter by account, search by label, or browse images, videos, and logos separately.

Upload logos and brand images as Assets (Logos tab in the library). Assign them to specific accounts so they show up in the right places.

Watermarks

Check Add watermark under your post to stamp your logo onto images before they're uploaded. Choose your logo, position (left or right), opacity, and size.

Use a high-resolution PNG for the best quality. JPG logos will not preserve transparency.

Hashtags & Templates

Save hashtag sets in the library and insert them with one click. Save frequently used post text as templates to reuse across campaigns.

Use Save current post to archive any post you've written for reuse later.

Account Management

Use the ⚙ gear icon in the Post To bar to show, hide, or disable accounts. Drag to reorder them.

If an account token is expiring, you'll see a warning banner — reconnect it under Settings to keep posting without interruption.

Plan & Billing

Manage your subscription under Settings → Plan. All features are available on every plan — plans differ only in how many accounts you can connect.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: your email address, password (stored encrypted), and content you create. When you connect social media accounts, we store access tokens required to post on your behalf.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide the Bubo.Social scheduling service. We do not sell your data to third parties, display advertising, or use your content for any purpose other than delivering the service you requested.

3. No AI

Bubo.Social does not use artificial intelligence to analyze, process, or generate content from your posts or data. Your content is yours.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored on secure servers. Uploaded media is stored in your personal folder and is only accessible by you and the connected social platforms you post to.

5. Social Media Tokens

When you connect a Facebook or Instagram account, we store a long-lived access token issued by Meta. This token is used only to post content on your behalf. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the account in Bubo or through your Facebook settings.

6. go2.art Integration

If you log in using go2.art credentials, we verify your identity with go2.art but do not store your go2.art password. We store only your go2.art user ID and subscription tier.

7. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

8. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at contact us. We will process your request within 30 days.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email.
